We treat the boat as one system
On a yacht, electrical, electronic and mechanical systems aren't separate. A hydraulic gangway that stops is often down to a relay or a weak battery; a watermaker's low output sometimes has nothing to do with the membrane and everything to do with voltage drop on the pump motor supply. So every job starts with the whole energy chain: sources (shore power, generator, alternator, solar), storage (the battery bank), conversion (inverter, charger, DC-DC) and consumers.
Yacht and boat electrical, electronics and mechanical: what we cover
Each card below leads to a detailed page. The most requested work includes:
- Yacht and boat electrical: switchboard renewal, wiring, leakage current and grounding, shore-power connection.
- Energy and batteries: inverter/chargers, lithium battery conversion, solar and generator integration.
- Electronics and navigation: chartplotters, radar, AIS, autopilot and NMEA 2000 networks.
- Yacht mechanical, lighting, stabilizers, hydraulics, watermakers and climate: maintenance and repair following the manufacturer's procedures.
For more detail, see our yacht electrical and energy systems pages.
By type of boat
Motor yachts and sailing yachts have different needs. On a motor yacht the generator, high AC loads and stabilizers take centre stage; on a sailing yacht every amp-hour counts. We explain the differences on the motor yacht electrical and sailing yacht electrical pages.
Workshop support and authorized service
Control boards, chargers and control boxes removed on site are measured on the bench and load-tested in our Turgutreis workshop. For brands such as Besenzoni, Idromar and Tecnicomar we work to the manufacturer's procedures; details are on the authorized service and brands pages.
Requesting service
We start with measurements aboard and a short assessment, then share the findings and proposed fix in writing. For boats in Turgutreis, Yalıkavak, central Bodrum and Gümüşlük, request service through our contact page.
