Our authorized service partnerships

We are a dealer or authorized service for Besenzoni, Idromar and Tecnicomar, and we also work regularly with Seakeeper, Zipwake, Victron Energy, C.E.M., Lopolight and Tecnoinox equipment.

  • Besenzoni dealer/service
  • Idromar dealer/service
  • Tecnicomar dealer/service
  • Our own Leo Mare production

For a yacht owner, "authorized service" often stays an abstract phrase. At Aslan Yacht we try to keep it concrete: the right part, the right procedure, and a warranty process that runs directly through the manufacturer.

Brands we are dealer or authorized service for

We are dealer or authorized service for Besenzoni on gangways, cranes, ladders and helicopter platform systems; for Idromar on watermakers and hydraulic equipment; and for Tecnicomar on hydraulic and mechanical systems. This means direct access, on these brands' products, to the manufacturer's training material, original spare parts catalogue and official service procedures.

Other brands we work with regularly

Alongside these three, we regularly work with Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizers, Zipwake interceptor trim systems, Victron Energy inverters and chargers, C.E.M. electrical and electronic equipment, Lopolight navigation lights, and Tecnoinox galley and stainless-steel equipment. We carry out installation, maintenance and fault-finding on these brands referencing the manufacturer's installation manuals and service bulletins.

What authorized service means for the owner

Original parts. Parts used under authorized service match the product's original specification; the manufacturer's approved part is fitted, not a compatible substitute.

Correct procedure. Commissioning, calibration and scheduled maintenance follow the manufacturer's own documentation, which protects both the product's lifespan and the validity of the warranty.

Warranty handled through the manufacturer. A fault under warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer: we take care of diagnosis and reporting, while approval and warranty assessment sit with them.

Our own production: the Leo Mare watermaker

Leo Mare is Aslan Yacht's own watermaker line, designed and built in-house. The PLC and touch-screen control and the stainless-steel chassis are assembled at our workshop in Turgutreis and tested there before delivery. On other brands we act as dealer or authorized service; on Leo Mare, we are both manufacturer and service provider. See our watermaker guide for capacity selection and our watermaker membrane maintenance article for membrane care.

How authorized service works in practice

The authorized service relationship isn't a logo, it's a process. If pressure drops in a Besenzoni gangway's hydraulic unit, for example, we follow the manufacturer's own diagnostic flow: pump output pressure and valve sealing are measured first, and the fault is reported in the manufacturer's own terminology. On an Idromar watermaker high-pressure pump fault, we reference the manufacturer's error code table and service documentation, and any parts are replaced from the original catalogue. This approach ensures the fault is correctly diagnosed and doesn't return soon after.

Service and maintenance records

For every job under authorized service, we record the part code used, the measured values and, where relevant, the serial number reported to the manufacturer. These records make the next service easier and help protect the yacht's resale value. See our generator maintenance checklist for generator and heater systems that need scheduled maintenance planning.

What we do

When fault-finding on a brand we're authorized for, we follow the manufacturer's diagnostic steps first and record the measured values. For a warranty fault we contact the manufacturer, share the serial number and fault details, and carry out the work once it's approved. On non-warranty jobs we work with the same care, using original parts and the manufacturer's procedure. See our services page for the full scope, and our hydraulic systems page for hydraulic work.

Our general approach to the stabilizer, trim and electrical systems common on motor and sailing yachts is also on our motor yacht electrical page; products from the brands we're authorized for are a key part of those systems. In Bodrum and Turgutreis we apply the same manufacturer procedures to everyday yacht and boat electrical work.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an authorized service and an independent workshop?

Authorized service means direct access to the manufacturer's training, original parts catalogue and service procedures. Fault-finding follows the manufacturer's own diagnostic steps, and the parts fitted match the product's original specification.

What should I do about a fault covered by warranty?

For a product still under warranty we contact the manufacturer first and report the fault and serial number. Warranty assessment and approval sit with the manufacturer; we handle diagnosis, reporting and the work itself once it's approved.

Why do you position the Leo Mare watermaker differently from brands like Besenzoni or Tecnicomar?

Leo Mare is a product we design and build ourselves; PLC and touch-screen control and the stainless-steel chassis are assembled in our own workshop. For the other brands we act as dealer or authorized service, applying the manufacturer's own product and procedures.

Are you also authorized service for brands like Seakeeper, Zipwake or Victron Energy?

We work with these brands regularly and with deep experience, carrying out installation, maintenance and fault-finding to the manufacturer's own installation and service manuals. The scope of authorization varies by brand, and we can confirm the current status when you contact us.
